Banimmo

Banimmo is a Belgium based real estate investment fund quoted on Euronext that focuses on repositioning under-valued/under-utilised buildings. As part of these activities it has repositioned assets into conference hotels in France and Belgium. The properties are managed by Dolce Hotels & Resorts.

Salon Consulting has assisted Banimmo over a number of years with its expansion and investment activities, identifying and analysing several development opportunities across Europe. We have analysed facility expansion and product changes at the existing properties and worked closely with the owner on their asset management strategies.  Most recently Salon Consulting has assisted Banimmo in the development of a new 225 bedroom 4-star international standard conference hotel & spa near Versailles, France
